Here’s what to look out for when creating a digital marketing strategy.


Make a plan.

This is one of the hardest things for most marketers to do, especially when it’s a new project.

I don’t mean you should just start from scratch, but you should start with a list of the things you want to accomplish and a plan to achieve them.

If your goal is to generate revenue, you want a plan that lays out how you’re going to achieve that, and then you can add in the details as you go along.

If that plan isn’t quite clear, ask questions and figure out what’s missing, like which parts of your business are important to you, what’s your budget, etc. 2.

Know your audience.

If the audience you’re targeting isn’t the kind you know well or they’re not paying close attention to you at all, make sure you have a plan for how you’ll get them to spend their money.

You don’t want to be relying on the word of mouth to sell your product, and you don’t need to do anything to convince them to buy your product.


Ask your customer for their feedback.

This might sound like a weird thing to say, but the more you ask your customers for feedback, the more likely they are to buy from you.

If they aren’t interested in giving feedback, ask them if they’d like to speak to a salesperson instead.


Don’t be afraid to make mistakes.

If there’s one thing that I think most marketers will tell you, it’s that mistakes are inevitable, and the best way to avoid them is to make them.

The problem with this is that it’s easier to make a mistake than it is to fix it, so it’s not a good idea to go overboard on your mistakes.

For example, a client who wants to make an investment in a new product that they’re selling might be fine with spending $100,000 to build a prototype.

But if that same client decides they want to buy a product that will cost them more money, then they’ll be much more likely to make that decision.


Be transparent.

As you’re developing a digital advertising strategy, keep track of everything you’re doing, and make sure to share it with your customers.

This will give them a chance to see how your plan is going, and whether you have enough information to make informed decisions about your marketing efforts.


Keep it short.

If it takes you a couple of weeks to create a digital strategy, then don’t start your next project expecting it to be done in two weeks.

You should start by just starting your campaign.

If all you’re really doing is starting a campaign, then it’s too late to start your new campaign.


Be clear about your goals.

If, after you’ve created a digital campaign, you find that you’ve hit some of the goals that you set for yourself, it means you’ve really gotten your digital marketing done.

It’s also possible that your clients have a different expectation for what you’ll achieve, so you may have to start a new campaign with a different goal in mind. 8. Don
